GREEN BAY − A Green Bay pizzeria will offer a hot plate of food to anyone it need on Thanksgiving.

Gallagher's Pizza said in a Facebook Wednesday that anyone in need can go to its 2655 W. Mason St. location on Nov. 23 and get a meal, "no questions asked."

The restaurant's four locations will be closed that day to allow staff to spend time with their families, but volunteers will serve from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

It might not be a traditional dinner for that day, the post says, but "pumpkin pie and pizza just sounds right."

"Everyone should be able to celebrate the holidays with a hot meal and company, regardless of circumstances," the post said. "This holiday season and all year round, we continue to be thankful to be part of such an amazing community."
